My name is Elizabeth Saviteer

I’m a licensed mental health counselor and certified nutritionist with over a decade of experience helping adults and teens move from stuck to thriving. My work blends practical tools with deep empathy, and I specialize in helping high-functioning adults realign their lives with purpose and clarity. Clients describe me as gentle but honest, compassionate but action-oriented.

I do this work because I’ve lived it. I’ve experienced and recovered from anxiety, disordered eating, perfectionism and more than a few existential crises. I’ve learned how to work with my own mind and body system to experience joy and satisfaction, and I want the same for you.
